Our goal is to achieve the best outcomes for you. As part of your treatment plan, we offer a Medical Membership to support this objective. With Medical Membership, you'll enjoy unlimited access to our Patient Care team for all inquiries about HRT and other treatment options. Additionally, you'll have unrestricted access to medical providers for more specific health-related questions. Our commitment extends beyond just getting you started; we're here for the long term. We anticipate a successful relationship, and ongoing patient care is integral to that commitment.

Individuals have the choice to pay for 6 months up front at a 5% discount.

*It's important to note that, due to testosterone being a Schedule III controlled substance, medical and lab monitoring is legally required.

Why do We OFFEr Medical Membership?

The revitalization process for Hormone Optimization Therapy patients varies. Some may see positive changes within weeks, while others may take longer. The timeline for results depends on factors like symptom severity and type.

We carefully analyze the root causes, creating a personalized treatment plan based on your symptoms and lab results. This plan can be adjusted as your body responds.

You can easily connect with a medical provider through our online portal for timely responses, usually within 48 business hours. Forever Young Medical offers unlimited online communication for a flat monthly fee. Plus, our memberships cover both in-person and virtual/telehealth visits each month.

We are dedicated to keeping track of your progress and ensuring your medications are refilled on time. We'll check in with you every 60 days (or sooner if needed), where you'll fill out a questionnaire to evaluate your results and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan. Plus, follow-up labs are required at least twice a year to proactively optimize your care.
